To cook!
Hi! Do you know what you are going to cook tomorrow?
I still don´t know what I´ll cook tomorrow, it´s difficult to live alone and think that cooking every day, before moving to Santiago my mom cooked at home but now 3 times a week I have to take lunch to the university and the other 4 days I have to eat at home. The truth is that most of the time I make lunch for 2 days and thus I avoid cooking because although I like to do it, it is tiring.
I like almost all foods, but since I live alone, noodles, rice and couscous are what I eat the most and they already bore me, I would like to vary the menu but money is not enough for many ingredients and cooking takes time and I don't I have time due to university, I hope to decide soon what to cook tomorrow, since it's cold, maybe I'll make lentils or soup.
aaaah! must be so hard coocking almost everyday! i don't know coocking but it looks so complicated, you should do sopaipillas for this rainy weather haha, I hope you know what to cook for tomorrow <33
ResponderEliminarI like lentils and soup, but I believe that you should cook lentils... So is only a opinion
ResponderEliminarIt must be hard living alone and doing everything yourself. A quick idea is to have vegetables and preserve them to make Sandwiches, fajitas or burritos, they are easy, fast and delicious.
ResponderEliminarHaha I love it. Lentils for the cold is the best!

ResponderEliminarHahaha the concern is so real, what will I cook tomorrow? I live with my dad and although we take turns cooking, I'm always thinking about it, or have we already eaten vegetables?
I don’t live alone, but I asked to my dad every day what it for lunch?, and he doesn’t know what to cook, it is so funny, I tell him to try cooking soya meat, is very cheap and one cup is so much meat and also when I cook lunch for me and my brother, I use Pinterest, have so many ideas and try to recreate with products that I have on my house.
ResponderEliminarOh, I can imagine how difficult it must be to cook for you every day and how much you must miss your family. Strength, little by little you will get used to it.
